Anyone who has purchased items from us in the past on a sales tax exempt basis, and wants to continue to do so MUST furnish us with a copy of his/her reseller license, obtained from the BOE, AND fill out a Resellers-Certificate and furnish us with that.

The information as to what you buy to resell you fill into the Resellers-Certificate should coincide with the information on your reseller license. PLEASE NOTE: This form is NOT SPECIFIC TO ANY ONE AUCTION. This is for doing business with us going forward.

We have mailed out Resellers Certificates to the people for whom we have addresses, and we're already getting some of them bounced back in the mail. Some of your addresses are not current in our database. We don't want anyone to show up at our auctions expecting to be tax exempt and then be disappointed because we can't honor your certificate until we see evidence that you're current with the BOE.

Please take a moment to DOWNLOAD the RESELLERS CERTIFICATE, and or just print the form, and fill it out. Please also make a copy of your Resale License and please get them both to us in one of the following ways:

• You can fax them to us at 1-866-235-1349. You must dial the 1 at the beginning or it won't work.

• Mail them via the United States Post Office to; Absolute Auction Co., P.O. Box 7566, San Jose, CA 95150

• Bring them with you to the next auction you attend. In most cases we can verify your reseller number on the spot.
