This promises to be an excellent auction. Because they're breaking the stuff out of the vaults tonight, we got a rare opportunity to photograph some of the first lots to be unwrapped. There are 35 vaults. There are 13 vaults belonging to one customer and it is HIGH END STUFF. A grandfather clock, a very expensive dining set, bedroom set, granite top furniture, leather furniture, lots of mirror packs, lots of boxes, and the boxes are not re-taped. There's a crystal chandelier in a crate. There's a washer dryer. There's a super cool golf motif LIQUOR BAR. The other customers' vaults haven't been opened yet, we don't know what's in them. There is a Yamaha motorcycle, though. We've only scratched the surface, by tomorrow everything will be out of those vaults. Those won't even be opened until the auction. Some of the selling might have to take place outside. Regardless, this is going to be a killer auction. This will be INSIDE a warehouse, so even if it rains, this will be dry. If you buy more than you want to move on Saturday, for $10 per vault Back2Back will store the vaults for seven days. There will be a $100 refundable cash deposit required for this auction. Buyer's premium will be 10%.
