PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS CAREFULLY: This auction is in a warehouse storage area. A nice lady named Mary Ann, who used to go to our auctions when Nick was still working with Mike Vendetti at A1 Auctions. Some of you will remember her. Mary Ann had an antiques store on the El Camino in Sunnyvale called Attic Treasures for quite a while. Six years ago she closed the store and moved her inventory into the warehouse on Martha. Now, the building having been sold, the new owners are forcing her out, just like they did to us, so they can renovate. Thus, we're going to be selling the contents of her storage. While the outward look of this might be reminiscent of the jumbled warehouse on 7th St we did, or the storefront in Salinas, there are big differences with this one. This is all antique and vintage furnishings and collectibles. The boxes here are marked with what's in them. Also, Mary Ann will be present to clue you in what's in what and what's where. Now we're not allowing you to open the boxes, it would be chaos. Consider this like a storage auction; and you must take everything in each lot you buy. We're going to be selling this in BIG LOTS. Plus, all but two of the racks are going to be sold as well. REMOVAL will be BY APPOINTMENT the FOLLOWING WEEK for EVERYBODY BUT THE FRONT-MOST LOTS. You'll be allowed to come and load your stuff out in order from front to back. Everybody who enters will be required to sign a liability waiver. Not pictured; nearly a pallet of pre-painted white lattice.
This is between S. 5th St. and S. 4th St. It is the end of the building we used to have our warehouse in, facing on Martha. Here's a MAP. Look for the orange cone on the white van.
