THIS WILL BE SOLD ONE LOT. You will have at least several days to remove, but we'll know exactly how many days you'll have by auction day. SOMEBODY IS GOING TO MAKE BANK ON THIS DEAL!!! ARRIVE AT 10:00 AM, AUCTION WILL START AFTER EVERYBODY HAS WALKED THROUGH. Recently, we had someone screw us up on what was supposed to be a one lot auction with ample removal time. The day of the auction they changed their mind, asked us to sell the houseful of stuff room by room, and gave us only until the end of day to remove. We are, therefore, sensitive about this and we will know, probably this weekend, but definitely by auction day we will know. Check the FRONT PAGE of this website for Sunday night. A hoarder lived in this double wide. It's not particularly dirty, but it is full of stuff. The porch runs the length of the unit. It has walls, and the boxes of stuff are piled to the ceiling 3/4 the length of the unit. (Unfortunately, no photo of this.) This is an unbelievable amount of stuff.
