NEWLY DEVELOPED INFO: Buyers will have up to three weeks to remove purchased lots. Winning bidders will be allowed to take what they want of purchased lots and leave what they don't want. Removal of the ventilation system is to the breaker box. We've decided to sell the OFFICE FURNISHINGS and EQUIPMENT in SEPARATE LARGE LOTS, probably by the room. Bidders who have never registered with us before interested in bidding on the ONE LOT of equipment and ventilation system, will be required you to provide a verification of funds from their bank for the amount they want to bid, or a letter of credit from their bank. Payment will be in the form of a wire transfer. We will allow no items to be removed until payment has been completed. The winning bidder will be required to sign a statement accepting responsibility for any damage to the building, and agreeing to employ the proper licensed contractors in removing purchased lots. We may require a security deposit. This company painted electronics housings. We're going to do this auction in TWO PARTS. The first part will be the equipment and ventilation system. THIS WILL BE SOLD AS ONE LOT. This would be a good buy for resellers, or for someone who wanted to buy the operation intact and lease the space. The second part is ALL OF THE UNOPENED PARTS, SUPPLIES, AND RAW MATERIALS. This includes paint, plastics, rivets, etc. See the last 12 photos. There are two conveyor-fed paint booths, a smaller Bleeker Brothers spray booth, two Fanuc P-100 ROBOTS, a DeVilbiss GMF Robotics device, Printex pad printers, 2 COS 60's, COS 85, 100, and 150, Branson Ultrasonic Welders, 8400 and 910, a Comptec Tandem, a couple of stereo microscopes, a HYSTER 50 gas forklift, material handling equipment, other equipment, office furnishings and cubicles, lots of storage cabinets, three Justrite flamable liquid storage cabinets. The ventilation system is massive. To dismantle it would probably only require a simple demo permit from the City of Fremont. Buyer would have to stipulate to removing any Appurtenances lawfully with a qualified contractor.
