They've pulled the stuff out of the vaults and staged it all. There's some EXCELLENT ANTIQUE and VINTAGE PIECES, an excellent contemporary bed set, a cute child's twin bed set, some art, and lots of boxes. CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS!!! There are somewhere between 12 and 18 vaults in this one. If you can't take what you buy the day of the auction, for a small charge they'll let you leave it for up to a week. Back2Back pulls the stuff out of the vaults the night before the auction. We may have photos on this site Friday afternoon. There is a $100 cash deposit required. Buyer's premium is 10%. If you buy a lot, you have to take EVERYTHING in the lot. No boxes will be opened on the property. If you leave trash, Back2Back will ban you from attending further auctions there. This is an absolute auction, everything will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of the price. Take the Auto Mall Parkway exit off 880 and go west toward the bay, take the first right, Christy St. Going down Christy St this is the last light-industrial complex on the right. You can actully go to the end and turn right on Steward Ave., look for the orange cone on a vehicle and follow the auction signs. Here's a MAP.
