WE'RE SELLING THE CONTENTS OF THIS APARTMENT IN ONE LOT. This will be over at 11:05 AM, so DON'T BE LATE. Winner can take what he/she wants, leave the rest. This is about the equivalent of two 10 X 20 foot storage lockers. The winning bidder will have the rest of the day to remove what he/she wants,AND WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY TO REMOVE MORE AS WELL. This was, as you can probably tell, very difficult to inventory. We took very few photos, but this should give you a pretty good idea of what this place looks like. A lot of sealed boxes. Here's what we could see: vintage and contemporary books/magazines, packed and sealed boxes, dietary supplements, art/craft supplies, clothing, shoes, and accessories, audio cassette tapes, personal papers, files, clippings, newspapers, medical supplies, knickknacks and decorative items. Small quantities of the following items: tableware, cookware, and glassware, framed prints, hand tools and hardware, wicker and metal planters, towels, blankets, and linens, small electronics, ethnic framed prints, old computer and copy equipment, record albums, fanzines, leather and fabric carry bags, plywood and masonite. Several of the following items: table lamps, coffee/end tables, original art mixed media and oil/acrylic by tenant, wicker baskets, chairs, tables. 2 old copy machines, photographic enlarger, Pahle Rolls-Schmitt paper cutter, step ladder, plastic cabinet w/locked drawers, 2 wood stools, metal barstool, exercise cycle, papa san/mama san chairs, couch, Brita pitcher and filters, TV, silver plate tableware in box, Alphatype CRS machine, love seat, large framed artwork "December Bird" signature illegible, large portfolio case w/ graphics mechanicals, small ethnic drum, and other miscellaneous personal and/or business property. Google street view nailed this one. It isn't far off 880, but it's a little tricky navigating the one way streets coming up to the apartment building, so give yourself an extra five or ten minutes to get there. Lakeview Apartments.
