We're going to be selling everything in this place, including the conveyors, boiler, and all the equipment. That includes washers, commercial sewing and blindstiching machines, all of it. There's also a HUGE amount of used clothing, all of it dry-cleaned already, in bags, including a couple wedding dresses, suede items, suits, everything you can think of. There will be rules about removing items that are hard wired or plumbed. You'll need a licensed contractor to do the demo, and if permits are needed, you'll need to get those, too. Winning bidders of this type of equipment will have to sign an agreement to be responsible for any damage done to the structure.
