This is going to be an EXTRAORDINARY auction. At this point there are more than 100 vaults. This is Nevil Moving and Storage, a company known for not tampering with vaults. They haven't had an auction at this facility for quite a while!! Going to be a LOT OF VAULTS that day. Vaults of each tenant will be grouped together and sold "times the money" with "buyer's choice". All of the vaults will be sold whole. We won't be breaking any of the contents out of the vaults. Pick-up will be the day of the auction and Monday. If you buy more than you can move Saturday you have the option of coming back. Pick-up will not be available Sunday. We have some small wiggle on pick-up, so call and ask if you have a question. This moving & storage company is downsizing. Usually with moving & storge auctions you buy the CONTENTS of the vaults. BUYERS AT THIS AUCTION HAVE THE OPTION OF TAKING THE ACTUAL WOODEN VAULTS ALONG WITH THE CONTENTS AT NO CHARGE. The vaults can be forklifted onto a flatbed truck or moving van. Vault sizes vary slightly, but the typical vault is 5' X 7' X 8'. Payment will be in cash or Visa or Mastercard, credit or debit cards, we do not accept checks. There will be a 10% buyer's premium and sales tax. Check out will be available during the auction.
