For the most part, this auction is a legal formality, but there are a few good items.

The decent items will be sold as single lots, the rest of the contents of the house will be sold as one lot. Winning bidder of the contents of the house can pick out what they want and leave the rest, and will have from the end of the auction until 4:00 PM to remove what he or she is going to take. Anyone who wants to enter the house will have to sign a waiver before being allowed inside.

The rest of the house is filled with piles of toys and household items. When we first saw this, there were some good video games and collector toys, but the house was broken into, burglarized, and vandalized. We don't know what's left except we were told that there's still a ton of stuff.

This is on the corner of Murtha and So. White Road near the intersection of Story and White. Look for the orange cone on the white van.       Here's a MAP.
