Okay, this place is a little bit tricky to find. It's just off 680 to the west. Going north on 680 you take the Landess exit, but continue under the overpass and take the ramp around to Montague Expressway, you'll be going west at that point. The first right you can take from Montague is actually a giant business park directly opposite Pecten Court. On the south side of Montague it's Pectin Ct., on the north side, it's the Montague Court. This is what the Montague Court entrance looks like.

On the right corner is the New Vision Church. You GO PAST THAT and it will be on your right as you head into Montague Court.

You'll see the Montague Court monument sign. GO TO THE RIGHT AROUND THAT.

Next you'll see the Flemming Business Park monument sign. Turn right BEFORE that.

When you turn right, this photo is what you'll see. That's the Graebel Van Lines building. There's NO SIGN. It's a BIG kinda L-shaped building. Drive in like the arrow shows to the middle of the L. You'll see an open roll-up door and an ORANGE CONE on a WHITE VAN. That's where the auction will be. Park anywhere.
