There are somewhere between 25 and 30 vaults in this one. They've been pulling the stuff out of the vaults and we'll sell it lot by lot. The boxes, as we've seen in the past with Back2Back, have not been broken into. THIS WILL BE INSIDE, so even if it rains, we'll be doing the auction. And, if it rains, and if you don't want to take what you buy the day of the auction, for a small charge they'll let you leave it for up to a week. BACK2BACK HAS MOVED to another location in the same complex. See directions below... There is a $100 cash deposit required. Buyer's premium is 10%. If you buy a lot, you have to take EVERYTHING in the lot. No boxes will be opened on the property. If you leave trash, Back2Back will ban you from attending further auctions there. This is an absolute auction, everything will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of the price. Take the Auto Mall Parkway exit off 880 and go west toward the bay, take the first right, Christy St. Going down Christy St this is the last light-industrial complex on the right. You can actully go to the end and turn right on Steward Ave., look for the orange cone on a vehicle and follow the auction signs. Here's a MAP.
