We've ADDED PHOTOS OF THE COTTAGE and the OTHER ITEMS for this auction. NOTE: Whoever buys the cottage is undoubtedly going to need a building permit to put it anyplace. You should check into that now, because the seller of the cottage will give you 30 days to move it. Find out what permit or permits you'll need and how long it will take to get them. The winning bidder will have to sign a sales agreement that will stipulate if the cottage is not off the property within that 30 days, and you cannot demonstrate that the permit or permits are in the process of being obtained you will forfeit any rights or title to the cottage and no monies will be refunded. Winning bidder will also be required to sign a personal liability agreement and a damage agreement. The KITCHENAID REFRIGERATOR IS WHITE CERAMIC. There is a TWO YEAR OLD ECOSCAPE "IRISH WHIMSEY" GARDEN COTTAGE in this auction, and a TWO YEAR OLD KITCHENAID REFRIGERATOR. We'll have photos of everything next week. In the meantime, you can view the invoices for these items. COTTAGE INVOICE      KITCHENAID INVOICE The COTTAGE is FINISHED INSIDE and has an AIR CONDITIONER. It's 10' X 30' and will have to be moved whole with a crane and flatbed truck. The person who sold the cottage said he could move it a short distance and install for about $2200.00. You'll probably need a building permit to install it.
