Looks like we'll have 24 VAULTS (down from 38 to start, customers been paying) and some overflow. The storage company customers can pay any time up to auction day, so we lost some. This will happen RAIN OR SHINE, OUTSIDE IF NO RAIN, INSIDE IF IT RAINS, but zero chance of percipitation as of now. $100 CASH DEPOSIT. EACH VAULT and OVERFLOW ITEM WILL BE A SINGLE LOT, TAKE EVERYTHING IN VAULT. All the vaults from a customer will be staged together and we'll sell them TIMES THE MONEY, BUYER'S CHOICE. CASH DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WHEN YOU ARE LOADED AND READY TO LEAVE. NO OPENING BOXES ON PREMISES. YOU HAVE TO REMOVE AND LEAVE THE MOVING PADS. NO LEAVING TRASH. You CANNOT use the $100 deposit for payment for your lots. CASH DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF ANYTHING IS LEFT BEHIND. If you can't take everything on the day of the auction, the moving and storage company will have you pay a nominal fee for storing the vaults. If you leave vaults, your $100 deposit will remain with the moving company to ensure you'll remove your lots, after which, you'll get it back.
