AT THE PRESENT TIME THERE ARE 30 VAULTS. The storage company customers can pay right up until auction time, so we may lose some. Call 408-422-2300 closer to auction day if you want to know for sure, or if you have questions. $100 CASH DEPOSIT. We will be pulling the things out of the vaults and selling them LOT BY LOT. CASH DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WHEN YOU ARE LOADED AND READY TO LEAVE. NO OPENING BOXES ON PREMISES. NO LEAVING TRASH. You CANNOT use the $100 deposit for payment for your lots. CASH DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF ANYTHING IS LEFT BEHIND. If you can't take everything on the day of the auction, the moving and storage company will probably have you pay a nominal fee for storing what you can't take. If you have the company store items for you your $100 deposit will remain with the moving company to ensure you'll remove your lots, after which, you'll get it back. This is near 101 and 880, opposite side of 880 from Kings Row, if you know where that is. Look for the orange cone on the white van, plus auction signs... Here's a MAP.
