This is at GRAEBEL-ERICKSON MOVING & STORAGE in MILPITAS. We've done some abandoned property auctions at Graebel, BUT THIS IS UNPAID STORAGE. We'll be selling this BY THE VAULT. As of this writing, they have 84 VAULTS. Grabel-Erickson has been at that location for a long time, BUT THEY'VE NEVER HAD AN AUCTION at this location. Look down that list on the left side of the page. Those are the dates the stuff arrived in storage. MORE THAN 30 ARE FROM THE 90'S, SOME ARE FROM THE 80'S, and as you can see SOME OF THEM THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW LONG THEY'VE HAD THEM. By the way, we've had this question from people on the phone, so we'll answer it here as well. Moving & storage vaults are 5'X7'X8' plywood containers; a little less than 300 cubic feet of storage space. Here are the rules: The auction is open to the public, anyone may attend and bid. 10% buyer's premium, plus sales tax. If, that's IF you are a licensed reseller, you need to provide us with certain documents; See Reseller Permits $100 cash deposit, returned when everything has been removed. If you don't remove everything, you don't get your deposit back. You have to take everything out of the vault, except moving pads stay. If you buy more than you can move that day, Graebel will store for $15 per vault for one week. No opening boxes on the property. All you do is move and load. Just so no one is confused, let's make this perfectly clear; YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A LICENSED RESELLER TO GO TO OUR AUCTIONS.
