EVERYTHING HAS TO BE OUT SATURDAY SO BRING YOUR TRUCK OR VAN AND TRAILER. Cor-O-Van said last time they allowed people to leave vaults and come back on another day to pick them up it was a nightmare. People kept stalling, some never returned. They said people were extremely rude, too. So people, please try to exercise some courtesy when dealing with our clients, mmm? If you all had, you'd have been able to store vaults... ANOTHER NOTE: There is a BLACK CHICKERING BABY GRAND IN THIS AUCTION. IT HAS A RESERVE PRICE. The woman isn't behind, she just wants to put it in the auction to see if she can get rid of it, but she's not giving it away. IT'S THE ONLY RESERVE, OF COURSE, IN THE AUCTION. THIS IS BOTH COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL. 90% OF THE VAULTS ARE OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO. CURRENTLY THERE ARE 33 RESIDENTIAL VAULTS + 1 PIANO. THERE ARE 38 VAULTS AND PALLETS OF COMMERCIAL. The moving and storage company told us "It's good commercial." The residential vaults they said are "OLD." The storage company customers can pay right up until auction time, so we may lose some. Call 408-422-2300 closer to auction day if you want to know for sure, or if you have questions. $100 CASH DEPOSIT. EACH VAULT, OVERFLOW ITEM, and PALLET WILL BE A SINGLE LOT, TAKE EVERYTHING IN VAULT, OR OFF PALLET. All the vaults from a customer will be staged together and we'll sell them TIMES THE MONEY, BUYER'S CHOICE. CASH DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WHEN YOU ARE LOADED AND READY TO LEAVE. NO OPENING BOXES ON PREMISES. NO LEAVING TRASH. You CANNOT use the $100 deposit for payment for your lots. CASH DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF ANYTHING IS LEFT BEHIND. If you can't take everything on the day of the auction, the moving and storage company will probably have you pay a nominal fee for storing the vaults. If you leave vaults, your $100 deposit will remain with the moving company to insure you'll remove your lots, after which, you'll get it back. This is at Cor-O-Van in Pleasanton. Take the Sunol Blvd exit from 680 going north, or the Sunol Blvd/Castlewood Dr Exit going south. At the property, look for the AUCTION SIGNS... Here's a MAP.
