THEY WILL STORE VAULTS FOR YOU SO IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOAD THEM OUT IN THE RAIN, YOU DON'T HAVE TO. $20 per vault for a week. AT THE PRESENT TIME THERE ARE 25 VAULTS. The storage company customers can pay right up until auction time, so we may lose some. Call 408-422-2300 closer to auction day if you want to know for sure, or if you have questions. REFUNDABLE $100 CASH DEPOSIT. WE WILL BE SELLING VAULTS WHOLE, each customer's vaults times the money. If you don't know what that is, call and we'll explain it. CASH DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED WHEN YOU ARE LOADED AND READY TO LEAVE. NO OPENING BOXES ON PREMISES. NO LEAVING TRASH. You CANNOT use the $100 deposit for payment for your lots. If you don't win the bid on any vaults, your deposit will be returned when the auction is over or when you're ready to leave. CASH DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF ANYTHING IS LEFT BEHIND. If you can't take everything on the day of the auction, the moving and storage company will probably have you pay a nominal fee for storing what you can't take. If you have the company store items for you your $100 deposit will remain with the moving company to ensure you'll remove your lots, after which, you'll get it back. This is off E.
