We're holding back the address until the morning of the auction. We'll put the address on the front page of the website at 8:30 AM, we'll send a message to the list with the address about 8:30 AM, and on Friday you can call 408-422-2300 AFTER 8:30 AM and we'll give it to you verbally. We are going to sell this in BIG LOTS. On this property there is a 5 bedroom house with two stories, and then an apartment over the shop/garage. We may sell the contents of the house as one lot, the contents of the apartment/shop/garage as another. We may break the 5 bedroom house into upstairs and downstairs lots, and maybe the yard as still another lot. BRING YOUR TRUCK AND HELP, WE'RE SELLING THIS ON THE BASIS OF TAKE WHAT YOU WANT AND LEAVE THE REST. YOU'LL HAVE TWO HOURS TO REMOVE AND THEN WE'RE LOCKING UP.
